Since moving up this way. I was hesitant to use a new Mercedes dealership. I was having a few issues with my car and decided to give them a try. When i first arrived they were about to close. 6 months pregnant and i was worried. I meet Mr.Toussant right Before closing and he assured me that if i came by the next day (Saturday) that i will be taken care of. I came by the next morning and i meet with Bobby.They didn’t have any loaners But after speaking with toussant i was able to get a loaner even though i didn’t have an appointment. I just want to give thanks to these gentlemen for helping me the way they did.Everything went so smoothly from the smallest communication about my car, up until picking it back up. THANK YOU. !
