College Graduate Requirements

• You must be a graduate of a four-year college or university, graduate program or registered nursing program.
• You must provide proof of enrollment or graduate status.
• You must provide recent pay stub or bank statements.
• The amount financed cannot exceed $50,000.
• You must have 24 months of established credit.
• You must have a clean credit history.

Current Student Requirements

• You must be a current student of a four-year college or university, graduate program or registered nursing program.
• You must provide an official transcript or letter from the Registrar's Office.
• You must provide the last three months of bank statements.
• The amount financed cannot exceed $50,000.
• You must have a clean credit history.
• A 20% down payment is required.
• A 10% security deposit is required.
• The term cannot exceed a student visa, if applicable.
• You must provide references and proof of residence.

In addition, you'll have access to lease or finance offers.

First-Time Buyer Requirements

• You must provide your most recent pay stub or last three months of bank statements.
• The amount financed cannot exceed $20,000.
• You must have 24 months of established credit.
• You must have a clean credit history.
• No down payment is required.
• No security deposit is required.
• You must provide references and proof of residence.

In addition, you'll have access to lease or finance offers and variable term lengths. You must also score Tier 2 or better to be eligible.
