Always a pleasure when I bring my car here for service. I switched to this service center from South Atlanta last year and it was the best decision. The service doesn’t even compare! The communication is so much better and so are the service times. The service advisers actually care and try to do whatever is best for you. I’ve been servicing my cars with Mercedes for the last 20 years and Tony P. is one of the best advisers I have worked with. He is personable and professional and I appreciate how he takes the time to make sure I understand what my vehicle needs. He goes the extra mile to get things done without you even asking for it.

Tony is very knowledgeable, I went there with a complain about my EQS450plus tires going bald at 10K miles. Being upset Tony and his service manager sat down and explained why it’s happening with this car. I was very satisfied and agreed to change the 2 back tires but end up changing all 4 tires so they can have same thread. Their recommendation were great and not too pricy. I chose this MB location because the part’ prices were the cheapest among the rest of the dealerships in the area. Despite the error at the part department, of selling me the incorrect battery size, the error was fixed and battery was swapped to the correct one with no charge. Tony, took care of the situation professionally and responsibly. We all make mistakes, but what matters is how the errors are resolved. I believe MB and Tony did their best to own the situation and keep the customer. I would definitely recommend to improve the accuracy of the part department. Overall it’s a nice office, with great people working there. Huge Thanks to Tony!
