From the time I walked through the door, to the when I walked out, I was given not just great customer service but a white glove service with each and every person I interacted with. I had the pleasure to work with Mr. David Wang, and I was able to walk in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. To be honest, we could have walked out sooner. Mr. David was able to understand our needs as well as make things very clear without going over our heads. He was very direct and understood that the reason we came in was to look for something within our needs and our budget without wasting our time. Making the process smooth and as efficient as possible, Mr. Wang made this the easiest car transaction that we have ever experienced, and we usually look to change our 3+ vehicles almost every 3 years. Mr. Wang did not just deliver an experience himself, but also the others on the team. Noah Madey and Levi Lewis gave us the same the type of service you would expect as well, a white glove service. This was, by far, the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Since this was a significant purchase for me, I visited the dealership three times before making my decision. On my first visit, I didn’t meet with a sales consultant because I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet. However, Tim, who demonstrates the features of the vehicles, gave me a detailed walkthrough. This allowed me to see the features firsthand and carefully consider my must-haves versus what I could live without. On my second visit, Tim introduced me to Rosh, a consultant who was exceptionally professional and focused on my needs as a customer rather than just making a sale. Rosh made it clear that if I decided to purchase a Mercedes from their location, our relationship would continue throughout my ownership of the vehicle. I expressed that I had another appointment that day but wanted pricing on an E-Class model. Not only did he provide the information I needed, but he also respected my time by reminding me of my hard stop. This thoughtful approach was greatly appreciated. Rosh never pried into personal matters like my income or profession; instead, he only asked if I had found a vehicle I truly loved. Even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle during my second visit, Rosh continued to follow up with me weekly, offering assistance and answering any questions I had. On my third visit, Rosh was incredibly patient, showing me various vehicles until I found the one I fell in love with—my Mercedes! The financing process with Levi was quick and seamless. I purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes Benz of NE Atlanta and had an excellent experience. My initial contact in customer service couldn't of been more helpful in scheduling a visit to drive the vehicle and passing me along to Alvin in sales. Alvin was congenial, courteous and professional, a real pleasure to work with and low pressure. Pricing was competitive and fair market so I finished up the transaction with Levi in credit who completed my pleasant and professional experience. Keep it up.

Finn did a great job in helping me find a car. I really enjoy working with him. He is very patient and always very responsive. I would recommend him to other buyers. I had a horrible experience with Eugene in the finance department and wasn’t able to get my car earlier. I di not like working with him. I went back in today and worked with Levi and he did a great job in trying to give me a better experience and getting the process finished.

We had the very BEST experience with the team at Mercedes Atlanta. We bought a used vehicle. The process was seamless, hassle free, very reasonable compared to other dealers. My salesperson was Rosh — he took the stress out of buying a new car by working with us slowly and without rush even though we didn’t have an appointment. We were also helped by Levi for the financial aspect, and by Noah the AMG specialist for assistance in learning about our new car’s technology. Everyone that we worked with took great care with us.
