I’m from Fl and my vehicle ran into issues while we were tracking in GA during Thanksgiving. This was a challenging situation as I had my family in the car and we left stranded in the middle of the night in unfamiliar territory. I looked for the closest dealer to get my car towed and came access MB of Atlanta Northeast. We had to leave our car at this location and rent a car to come home. As you can imaging, leaving your vehicle in another state in not very easy but I deal with an amazing service team and the advisor Jackson was a real pleasure to work with. His proactive and due diligence approach made me feel comfortable and he commuted a date and met the date he promised for the repairs. When I flew back a a week later, the vehicle was ready to go, all my paperwork completed and spend no more than 15 minutes in the whole process. One of the best expedir any dealer I have been to.
