My battery unfortunately died today. I had to get a jump, and after that, I immediately drove to Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast to the service department. I explained everything that had been going on and they immediately tested my battery. The battery tested beyond low. I definitely needed a new one and they recommended that I get one immediately so as to not get stranded somewhere or put myself in any type of lackluster predicament. Both Derek and Henry went above and beyond to help me today. My car was taken in immediately and serviced same day. I am so grateful for the exceptional service I received today. I am back out driving with my brand new battery and I feel much better and safer. Thank you again Derek and Henry for your excellence.
