Cooper Colson

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes Benz sedan from Mercedes Benz of Atlanta Northeast (February 2025). It's been 13+ years since I've purchased a car, and although I did quite a bit of research prior to walking into several car dealerships to check out several different types of cars, I was nervous! A car is a major purchase! When I walked into the door of this dealership, I was fortunate to meet Cooper Colson, one of their sales reps. He helped me find the car I wanted, patiently navigated me through the entire process and after the sale, has been incredibly responsive whenever I've reached out to him. I ended up buying a car that I absolutely love and I am astounded at how simple the entire purchasing process was. Thanks for a great buying experience! By the way, if Cooper's Mom ever reads this review, you should be very proud of your son. He did a great job. As for the dealership, so far, so good. I'll try and remember to review their service department as I interact with them, at periodic intervals in the future.

Just bought our third car from Mercedes Benz Atlanta Northeast and had another great experience. The GM, GSM and our salesperson Cooper were outstanding. They got us in the car we wanted and went over and above to make sure we were happy. The dealership and its people are top notch which is why we are repeat customers and will be again in the future.

Did my homework prior to going so I had specific questions and they were able to address my concerns within the time frame we had to operate. They were courteous and professional all the way!
