I’ve been dealing with this group for more than a decade and they really are the reason we buy Mercedes. We recently had some issues with product quality and began to doubt the brand. This was my second visit to MB Atlanta Northeast and this visit was GREAT. I was dreading dropping my car off at the shop at 7:30 am, but my interaction with everyone during this visit, was fantastic. Then separately, the experience with picking up my vehicle was GREAT. The cashier (I did not catch her name) checked me in and out super quickly. Charles got me into a loaner vehicle within minutes. My new service advisor, Jackson, kept me in the loop pretty much each step of the way. He was extremely hospitable and updated me in the interim, while my car was in the shop for nearly two weeks. This service department is always super busy and I was delighted to find out my car was ready to pick up earlier than anticipated.
