I have purchased my vehicle from the Duluth location almost a year and a half ago and Bobby. My service advisor has been with me pretty much every step of the way. I honestly have to say that overall from Customer Service to the way that I’m treated to the way that my car is cleaned after I drop it off for service. It is all impeccable, I love this location because everybody is treated as family I’m always greeted. I’m always treated great. They have amazing snacks and beverages that are complementary and overall Bobby takes the cake with his incredible customer service skills.

I was able to reach Bobby Waites, my service advisor for many years, and he provided me with fast contact for Mercedes authorized towing free of charge. He also arranged for a loaner vehicle, a fantastic, GLC 300. My car’s problem was diagnosed and repaired to my satisfaction and I got it back with a complimentary wash. Runs great, looks great. Bobby and everyone at Mercedes always take great care of my car, and, by extension me too. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast.

Great service and clarification of problem. I had some noise coming from the engine, which vanished at the shop. Technicians at the dealership tried to diagnose but was challenging without the noise actually absent at the time of checkup. I was given tips what to do next time it again appears. I was fully satisfied on the work done. Bobby was my Service Adviser and I give him 10/10 for excellent customer service and communication/follow through...

I came in due to a check engine light on. My experience with Bobby from Mercedes Benz was excellent however, when I left the low battery light was on. Puzzled…. because it have never came on, nor was it on when I took the car in. I immediately took the car back. Bobby had already left for the night. I was rudely spoken to by ANGELA who rudely told me there was nothing she could do and that I would need to buy a battery which would cost $$$!!!! I asked to speak to HER Manager. Surprisingly she said SHE WAS THE MANAGER!!! She should be fired for her lack of professionalism or given a MANDATORY CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS to say the least. I will not be going back to THAT location! MB is a high end car and their clients should receive high end service as well as professional staff! FYI…..this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Bobby - who by the way was very professional and courteous THANK YOU BOBBY for your service but MB should get rid of ANGELA…..she does a disservice to the reputation of MB on Boggs Road!!!
