I will be having my second service experience with this dealership in the next week. My first service visit left a lot to be desired....actually, it was probably one of the worst I have had. Despite all that, I wish to provide a 5-star review specifically because of one staff member. Ms. Ashley is the one with whom I spoke for scheduling the service appointments. I just got off the phone with her to schedule my second service appointment. She is professional and genuine. She takes the time to hear out what is being relayed by the customer/client. She does not rush or assume and thus does not make the customer/client feel like just another caller....I greatly appreciate her time and effort. Additionally, it is evident that she values her role in the service team and strives to provide excellent customer service/support. While my review may be just one in a long list of them, I am hoping that the service department leadership sees this. IMHO, folks such as her should be recognized and valued appropriately. As a business owner, I wish we had more folks like her on our team. I feel y'all are very fortunate.
