This was my first visit to this dealership for a maintenance and I was absolutely astounded by the above & beyond customer service. Angela was the representative that assisted me with such courteous professionalism and was very knowledgeable about any issues my car presented. I will definitely be back for my next service appointment and the wait time was much quicker than I have ever received!! Great job to you all!

This was an amazing experience! Me and my husband were on a 12 hr road trip home when we had some car issues! Went to the Atlanta dealership which is 9 hrs from our home, and they took us right away with no appt with hopes to get us back on the road as soon as possible!! Angela was a blessing!! We all know Atlanta is the place where nails are just everywhere and I wasn’t too thrilled about buying a tire, however Angela was very patient with me and understanding (even though I was upset) and Roshe as always got me taken care of. I like that even though Ive purchased a car from them, they still keep in contact with me. Very genuine people!

The staff was very professional and polite! Top Tier Service from beginning to end. By far the best Benz Service interaction I have had since purchasing my Benz!! I can’t say enough about Mercedes Benz of Northeast Atlanta. Every time I bring my car in for service the staff is courteous and professional. With that being said Angela Yeo is the best service advisor I have had in a long time. She exemplifies great customer service. Angela makes you feel like you are her number one priority when you gave a service issue. She has never let me down. She is the reason I drive past two closer dealerships to get my car serviced. Keep up the good work.

I got my car back from the buckhead Mercedes and noticed within a few minutes that one of the tire pressures were low. Of course I filled it up but it kept going down so I assumed there was a slow leak and came to the closets dealer. This is the location I purchased my car from and is closer to home. Once arrived, it was about a 5 minute wait and they took my information and told me to wait inside for an advisor. Because I’m a walk-in just seeing the line of cars I figured it would be a while. Low and behold, my advisor Angela gave me quick text updates and let me know the status update for my vehicle. Her service was excellent no complains! I was also guided by one of the employees to an office booth where I could continue working and I’m most thankful! Service is always great for me here even with a longer wait time. I did noticed there was a lot of younger guys handling the cars... They seemed to be roughing the vehicles up. Most of our cars are over 75k+ so I would have liked to see a little more care with the way they were parking and handling them. Nonetheless, I was happy to have gotten my tire fixed same day! I opted for the windshield and tire warranty when I purchased my vehicle and it was no cost to me so very thankful! Will definitely return.

Angela secured a loaner for me. The proper repair was made, and my car had been washed and vacuumed when I picked it up.
