The Mercedes Benz Northeast Atlanta service department located on Boggs Road assisted me with ensuring my vehicle did not have electrical issues with its system. They were thorough, transparent, and very courteous. My service advisor, Angela kept me abreast with the process of my car. To add, she remembered me and previous services regarding my vehicle. Thus, indicating she builds a personal connection to her clients. I was not "just another number/vehicle." I highly recommend the service department for your vehicle/maintenance needs.

Had a wonderful service experience. Angela Yeo was my service representative. She was very friendly and attentive as I explained the issue to her. My car had to be left overnight. Angela secured a loaner for me. The proper repair was made, and my car had been washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. I got my car back from the buckhead Mercedes and noticed within a few minutes that one of the tire pressures were low. Of course I filled it up but it kept going down so I assumed there was a slow leak and came to the closets dealer. This is the location I purchased my car from and is closer to home. Once arrived, it was about a 5 minute wait and they took my information and told me to wait inside for an advisor. Because I’m a walk-in just seeing the line of cars I figured it would be a while. Low and behold, my advisor Angela gave me quick text updates and let me know the status update for my vehicle. Her service was excellent no complains! I was also guided by one of the employees to an office booth where I could continue working and I’m most thankful! Service is always great for me here even with a longer wait time. I did noticed there was a lot of younger guys handling the cars... They seemed to be roughing the vehicles up. Most of our cars are over 75k+ so I would have liked to see a little more care with the way they were parking and handling them. Nonetheless, I was happy to have gotten my tire fixed same day! I opted for the windshield and tire warranty when I purchased my vehicle and it was no cost to me so very thankful! Will definitely return.

The service in Mercedes Benz Atlanta Northeast is really good so professional, the waiting room is so comfortable and the attention with the representative Angela Yeo is really good she keeps me updated about my car, that gives me confidence to come back again, great service and great customer service.

We all know Atlanta is the place where nails are just everywhere and I wasn’t too thrilled about buying a tire, however Angela was very patient with me and understanding (even though I was upset) and Roshe as always got me taken care of. I like that even though Ive purchased a car from them, they still keep in contact with me. Very genuine people!
