I recently experienced an electrical problem and breakdown on the side of the road. I was able to reach Bobby Waites, my service advisor for many years, and he provided me with fast contact for Mercedes authorized towing free of charge. He also arranged for a loaner vehicle, a fantastic, GLC 300. My car’s problem was diagnosed and repaired to my satisfaction and I got it back with a complimentary wash. Runs great, looks great. Bobby and everyone at Mercedes always take great care of my car, and, by extension me too. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast.

This was a B1 service for a 2018 C300 base sedan. I had no appointment set and was driven home by Uber. Due to no appointment the service took ~3h. A courtesy car wash was included and total cost was ~$990.00

So far so good. Went to this place for a tire change. Made an appointment prior to ensure the tire was available. Staff are professional and the place is clean. The only downside is that this is the closest location to my residence which is an hour away, therefore the travel is inconvenient. But the service is so far so good.
