Kristin Rivett, Client Care Representative, took care of everything to set up an appointment and test drive for my mother. I have been using Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast since I purchased my car in March of 21. I have always felt that I get quite a bit of bang for my buck when I bring my car in for service. My wife has been so impressed with the level of service that I receive, that she, a die hard Honda driver, bought her first Mercedes.

Taylor did an excellent job in handling our scheduled service, she was able to get us in days earlier then we anticipated.

Tony was very nice and helpful with all my questions about my car and the safety recall that I brought it in for. However, I am a little bummed that he said that there are no loaner cars available for me so I will be without a car until tomorrow afternoon. I will also have to find my own ride back to Mercedes tomorrow, it will not be compensated. It sucks because loaner vehicles should be a courtesy since my car will need to stay here. All in all the whole process took a bit over an hour, most of my time was spent waiting for my Uber and waiting to talk to an associate. I used to drive a Tesla and whenever I had a repair or service scheduled, I was always given a loaner car besides one instance in which they paid for my Uber and also gave me an additional $100 Uber voucher which was enough to get me through the 1.5 days without a car. Mercedes should be able to match this as a courtesy, I wouldn’t really expect less from a luxury car brand as so. Other than that, everything else was wonderful and the people I talked to were very kind and knowledgeable.

I had my car serviced at his dealership and was extremely impressed. All the staffs were friendly, and the service was done quickly and perfectly.

Great, friendly customer service. Christy is a very personable customer service rep and I’ve worked with her for almost 20 years now! The amenities are always appreciated. I utilized the office space while my car was serviced and took advantage of the complimentary snacks. My only complaint is around the cost for the service B. Geez! It’s rather pricey, with most of that being for labor. The service cost is not mentioned anywhere on the site when booking the appointment (or not readily visible). It would be nice to have these details published and available when clients book appts. MB-NE used to also run regular coupon campaigns that were much appreciated but it’s been quite a while since I’ve received one. To be exact, I received a coupon last year AFTER my annual service was performed. Would be nice if those were offered more regularly to help offset costs. Any little bit helps these days. Thanks.
