I've been doing business with this dealership for approximately three years, where I met my service advisor Tony Park. During this time I've gained respect for him and the company. Mr. Park exudes integrity and character. He explains your services with clarity and never tries to influence you otherwise with items that don't require immediate attention. As a widow and mature woman, that type of service I appreciate, therefore I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Atlanta Northeast.

Awesome customer service! I called service manager, Tony Park, and informed him that my driver side mirror was broken while backing into the garage. He told me I could bring the car right in so they could see exactly what was needing repaired, and also if the parts were in stock. Tony gave a preliminary diagnosis of only needing a new mirror, and said it would take about two hours to replace. The mirror was in stock, no other service was needed and the repair was completed in under two hours. Thanks Tony!!

My service advicer Tony Park, was very professional and courteous. By my error I brought my vehicle in a day earlier, duh. I apologized and said I would come back at my scheduled time. He said that's okay, I'll get you fitted in.

First of all the courtesy behaviors of everyone at this place stand out the moment you drive up and the guys outside greet you. Secondly, the place is impeccably clean. They have bite-size snacks and beverages to accommodate you while there. Tony is my advisor and he provides the best advice and guidance unlike other car dealerships where they try to get you to spend unnecessary money because services where they make most of the money. He provides real time updates based on the diagnostics to help me make an informed decision. I would highly recommend anyone that has a Mercedes visit this dealership because the service is great! The people are amazing! And you walk away with your car better than it was when you brought it couldn’t ask for anything better.
