I approved service and before the end of business day my tire and wheel was repaired my vehicle was cleaned and ready for pickup. First experience first A service for our new Mercedes at Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast Tara Suarez service advisor pleasantly greeted me on arrival and talked to me very politely and explained all details and charges. Helped me with transportation. She called me and informed me that vehicle is ready for pickup. Stayed late when everyone was gone to deliver the car. Tara was very compassionate caring and showed genuine interest and concern. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. She is an asset for Mercedes. Tara and Josh were the dynamic duo who assisted me today and they were simply amazing. They were very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I came in for a Service A appt and it took exactly 2 hours as mentioned. I would recommend scheduling morning appointments in order to get in and out, because around 9:30A there was a long line of cars that came. Thanks again Tara and Josh for your committed support!

Tara got me serviced pretty quick had to pay $1150 for a replacement key 2021 c300 was a bit much but the service was good

Mercedes Benz of Northeast Georgia repair shop is amazing! Jackson Barron and Tara were amazing! Fides Development is doing major construction near our house. I ran over one of their huge bolts/ nails and it created a slow leak on my back tire that ruined my rim as well. But the repair shop took me in the very next day and had it repaired within an hour! Thank you both for your excellent service!!
