Once again Mercedes Benz Northeast has done a fantastic job! I had a service issue and from the time I called them, my sales representative Scarlet went to work helping me get the problem resolved. Scarlet is the best! Ms. Priscilla in the service department was so warm and helpful and I really appreciated that. TK Kim also in the service department was excellent and was able to get my vehicle serviced the same day despite unexpected challenges. I had wonderful experience yet again and I am grateful to be apart of the Mercedes Benz Atlanta Northeast Family.
