Nick was an incredible help. His reputation and awards precede him. He provided attentive care and excellent service throughout the car buying process. I bought a used Audi from the dealership. I had been looking for a very rare and specific spec with only two available in the entire country. I would never have purchased anything from Mercedes in any way but I was able to find an example that was traded in to this dealer. If you're in the market for a car Nick is your man.

Nick was great! Beyond and above service. We spent four hours earlier that day looking for a car with no luck at a different dealer. We popped in without an appointment just to see and nick had us driving away in our new car in less than an hour. After we finished all the paper work he took his time to sit and show us every detail and get us completely setup even as they were closing up. It was a one and done. Nick knew exactly what we were looking for. We love it.

Found a 2017 used car at MB of Atlanta for my daughter who is returning to college soon. The car is immaculate and the price was great. The team was very professional. Working with Nick was great! After purchasing the car, the team took it back for prep. The found a nail in a tire and totally replaced it with a new tire. My daughter loves the car!

This was a great purchase of my 2021 Metris cargo van. Great ride over a 1000 miles the first 3 days of use. Comfortable and a lot of leg room. Very pleased with the performance. Great acceleration. Super responsive steering. Turning radius wonderful to get into tight spaces with quick turning capabilities when needed. Smooth suspension system when going over rough roads or railroad tracks. Did not expect all this in a “cargo van”..!!!! The sales team was very attentive to my company needs of what I needed in a service vehicle. The smoothest purchase I ever made. Total paperwork time took about 20 minutes from start to finish. In and out of the dealership quick. This was a great experience Mercedes-Benz NE Atlanta. Mercedes Benz of Atlanta NE was far and away the most amazing car buying experience! Nick Karaca went above and beyond what was required to expedite my purchase. He offered to bring the car and paperwork to me but but it was more even more helpful to pick me up and take me to the dealership. I was then greeted by the general manger. I was in and out in about 30 minutes then Nick took the time to teach me all aspects of my new car. It could not been a better experience!
