From the time I walked through the door, to the when I walked out, I was given not just great customer service but a white glove service with each and every person I interacted with. I had the pleasure to work with Mr. David Wang, and I was able to walk in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. To be honest, we could have walked out sooner. Mr. David was able to understand our needs as well as make things very clear without going over our heads. He was very direct and understood that the reason we came in was to look for something within our needs and our budget without wasting our time. Making the process smooth and as efficient as possible, Mr. Wang made this the easiest car transaction that we have ever experienced, and we usually look to change our 3+ vehicles almost every 3 years. Rosh made it clear that if I decided to purchase a Mercedes from their location, our relationship would continue throughout my ownership of the vehicle.
