I had an excellent experience at the dealership. I literally shopped at just about every dealership in the US but Jacob at Mercedes of Atlanta Northeast kept following up with me and answering questions. He never gave up on me. Throughout my shopping experience Jacob stayed in consecutive contact with me. He literally was answering questions for me via text at 10 o’clock at night!!! You guys are very lucky to have Jacob! He needs to be in management ASAP!!! But it didn’t end there. When I came in to buy my car I feel like I had an opportunity to meet everybody involved. They all came to shake my hand and welcome me to the dealership’s family. This includes the sales manager and the general sales manager at the dealership. I was so impressed and really appreciated that. This is my third consecutive Mercedes and I have never experienced a better dealership experience than the experience I had at Atlanta NE. You guys are awesome. Thank you for the incredibly warm experience. FINAL THOUGHT: Stay away from RBM of Atlanta unless you enjoy making trash deals or you love dealing with impersonal robots. Everytime I start my buying process for a new Mercedes, I always started there but I’ve never once bought a car from them. Believe me, there are other Mercedes dealers that will appreciate your business a lot more. From here, it’s all Mercedes of Atlanta Northeast for me. I hope this helps you.
