Jackson Brannon was an excellent services supervisor overseeing the maintenance on my vehicle. He was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable on the maintenance details I would be getting. The maintenance wait was less than 3 hours and he made sure that I was comfortable and had access to WiFi which was extremely helpful and allowed me to me to work while my vehicle was being serviced. It was an enjoyable and pleasant experience. I look forward to my next service appointment!

Jackson is the service advisor for commercial vehicles, he is always courteous, professional and friendly. He has a swag about himself. I smile. But he stays professional and very knowledgeable of the services and vehicles statues. There was a misunderstanding, and miscommunication on my part my first time with him. But he reassured me that he would take care of me, and he did. He walked me through what issues I had with the vehicle and what I need to do to avoid further damage. I went in for maintenance on a vehicle this following time. He got me in and out of there within 2 hours, he made me feel comfortable allowing me to go into one of the offices while I wait. I was comfortable, offered compliment drinks. I was out of there in no time. Jackson is clean professional and nice.

I ask for Jackson as I know he would treat me like he would his family member, do right by me, and not charge me an exorbitant price to fix things that don’t need to be fixed…. if it needs to be fixed, he'll do everything to get me a reasonable price especially when the part is not covered by warranty and if it has to be coordinated by my extended warranty, he would coordinate it for me. We have a Class C RV with Mercedes Sprinter chassis. Pulling into this dealership and attempting to park an RV is rather daunting. Once parked, your nerves can relax. Checking in your vehicle for repair is rather straight forward and a little too easy. You find yourself rambling, attempting to provide more details but trust me, they've got it. Immediately after checking in I received a text message from Jackson informing me of the process. He text me regularly and kept me informed of the issue at hand and informed me that the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) was on a slight back order from Mercedes and wouldn't arrive for 2 weeks. I informed him that we had an RV trip planned and sites paid for already, leaving in a week's time. They went out of their way to get us a DPF sourced from another dealer in Texas. Once the part arrived, their techs had it installed the next day and we were onsite to pick it up immediately following. Jackson and the Mercedes tech went above and beyond the call of duty and got us on our way to an excellent vacation in the Rockies. Everything is working as designed and zero engine lights. Thanks guys, we shall return...hopefully for scheduled maintenance and not another issue.

Staff was very friendly. We needed a lost key replaced and Jackson helped us coordinate everything needed in getting the new key order started as we had warranty on our keys. We came in on a Sat to get the new key program and although Jackson was off, he coordinated us with another service manager and we got things done without a hitch. Communication was not an issue at all, we got updates through text messages throughout the whole process. Awesome work by the staff at MB and I would highly recommend this place for any service needs.

Started off shakily with a 2.5 hour wait when I initially dropped my vehicle off. The gentleman took my key, appeared to check me in for my appointment and told me that an advisor would be with me shortly. After 15 mins turned into 2.5 hrs, I realized something might be wrong. So I inquired with the staff and they let me know that I hadn't been checked in properly and they took action swiftly. After that, everything was great. Jackson was kind and thorough. I received my loaner. I just picked up my vehicle after service and it couldn't be better. Thank you for the professionalism in rectifying the situation. Very satisfied customer!

What I love the most with the Mercedes-Benz experience is the customer service. First of all, Jackson is my favorite guy! The most nicest service advisor I've ever had, going on 5 years now. Secondly, it is such a convenience to have free car towing to the dealership. In addition, they provide a courtesy Uber link valid for 24 hours. This is such a great advantage. I didn't have to inconvenience my family to get my car once it was ready for pick up. Upon check out, you're able to get 2 free items from their concession stand. And lastly, my car was washed and vacuumed when I arrived. The value I received from the extra services, made it worth the $300 cost for the new tire LOL.

My new camper has a propane leak. I didn't know at the time that MBANE couldn't work on propane. Service manager Jackson Barron found that out and called National Indoor RV Centers who could. When my Sprinter needs maintenance, I will surely bring it to Jackson. During my time there I was helped or asked if I needed help by at least 6 employees.
