Best Experience we have ever had buying a new car. First time Mercedes owner and I will never turn back. The dealership was immaculate and ALL the people were super helpful and nice during the whole experience including Noah who explained the entire car from top to bottom in detail. However, we couldn't have done it without the Best salesperson ever...David Phillips. Just bought our second Mercedes from David Phillips at Mercedes Benz of Atlanta Northeast. The car was for my daughter, and David took an enormous amount of time helping her (and me) understand the features of the various models. We settled on a GLB, and couldn't be happier. There were no vehicles in stock that met our preferences exactly, and because of Covid inventory was down everywhere, but David got on the case and found the exact vehicle within a week. When I arrived to take delivery, the car was ready, the paperwork had been filled out, and I was in and out in very little time. David followed up with a phone call and email the next few days just to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would recommend Mercedes Benz of Atlanta Northeast and David Phillips without reservation.
