Great people, excellent service, and comfortable waiting facilities. I've been with this dealership for over 23yrs., through the change of location, ownership, and retirements. I had the same service manager and machanic/technician for 19yrs. Both were professional and knowledgeable about the my vehicles and provided exceptional customer service. They were like family. Both have moved on and now. I have another service manager and she (Christy Hicks) is "first class". She's very professional and customer service oriented. Christy ensures that my vehicles are provided the proper service and care. If you're looking for MB service facility, I recommend this one.

Mercedes Benz of Atlanta northeast has served me well. My advisor Christy Hicks has never failed to understand that as vehicle owners, we’d rather not be in the service department. It’s her attitude that brings me back. And now I have been helped by an experienced master technician named Drew. He patiently explained and demonstrated to me what was happening to my vehicle, and then noticed something was just 2mm off, and promptly had it fixed. Not many people have that kind of an “eye”! Whenever I need to visit the service department, like most people I'm not excited about it; however, Christy made my experience as smooth and painless as possible. My wait time was slightly over two hours. During this period, Christy offered me a ride service after I mentioned that I had to return to work, which I appreciated. However, due to the long commute from my home and workplace to this location, I chose to remain on site. While waiting, I was provided with complimentary snacks, which were surprisingly good, as well as access to a quiet work area equipped with Wi-Fi, which proved extremely beneficial. I have visited this location several times, but this was my first occasion working with Christy. I found her service and professionalism to be commendable.

Let me tell you how amazing Christy Hicks is in the service department! I literally drive 30 minutes past my local Mercedes-Benz every time to this specific location because she's the only one I trust with my vehicles. She has great communication, quick turnaround, she's knowledgeable and definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to service. Also the dealership is beautiful, complete with a fitness facility, complementary snacks and plenty of waiting area space complete with Wi-Fi so you can work if you want to. But again the highlight of my trips to the dealership is always Christy. Someone needs to give her a raise, she's the best!

Another great expedience with Christy H at MB . This one was the most complicated I have ever dealt with as result of having MB having to correct collision shops (insurance claim) mistakes over a 4 month ordeal. Communication was solid and my vehicle is operating T the expected performance level again.

When I arrived to pick up my truck it was after 6pm, so, of course, Christy had gone home for the day. After having my convertible liner replaced, I noticed some white on my blue top. Christy Hicks my service representative quickly got the Manager who then got the detail guy Pat Allen. At no fault of their own, but mine they helped to resolve my issue with my convertible top. I learned a valuable lesson that day.
