I brought my Mercedes in for scheduled maintenance and an open recall for my sunroof. My service advisor, Chloe, made this the easiest service visit I’ve ever had. She made understanding what services were due and how that extended my cars life very easy. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and she got me a brand new glc 43 to ride around in while it was getting done! To anyone looking to go to the dealership for service or repairs I recommend choosing Chloe as your advisor, I won’t bring my car to anyone else.

Chloe Niemann was an excellent services supervisor overseeing the maintenance on my vehicle. She was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable on the maintenance details I would be getting. The maintenance wait was less than 3 hours and she made sure that I was comfortable and had access to WiFi which was extremely helpful and allowed me to me to work while my vehicle was being serviced. It was an enjoyable and pleasant experience. I look forward to my next service appointment!
