I was able to reach Bobby Waites, my service advisor for many years, and he provided me with fast contact for Mercedes authorized towing free of charge. He also arranged for a loaner vehicle, a fantastic, GLC 300. My car’s problem was diagnosed and repaired to my satisfaction and I got it back with a complimentary wash. Runs great, looks great. I have purchased my vehicle from the Duluth location almost a year and a half ago and Bobby. My service advisor has been with me pretty much every step of the way. I honestly have to say that overall from Customer Service to the way that I’m treated to the way that my car is cleaned after I drop it off for service. It is all impeccable, I love this location because everybody is treated as family I’m always greeted. I’m always treated great. They have amazing snacks and beverages that are complementary and overall Bobby takes the cake with his incredible customer service skills.

Service was great as they fixed all my issues the first time. Bobby Waits does a great job. In the past, he even helped me reboot my GPS when I was lost in Wisconsin. I highly recommend this dealership.
