My service rep was really a breath of fresh air. She took care of a check engine light on my 2026 GLC and had the whole car looked and checked out right after that serviced my 2020 GLC AND UPDATED THE NAVIGATION to 2026 N/C. Angela Yeo is her name efficient and very professional Mario Scoccimaro

We brought our Mercedes in after noticing a sound coming from the front passenger-side wheel. Our service advisor, Angela Yeo, had one of the senior technicians take a test drive with me so I could point out the noise when it happened—and he confirmed it as well. I left the car the following day for repairs. After the passenger-side work was completed, the same issue was also noticeable on the driver side, so that was repaired too. During the final test drive, they confirmed the noise was resolved, but the ride still felt a bit off. Angela then asked to have the wheel inspected, and they found a slight bend in the rim. They corrected that, and on top of everything, they polished the finish on all four rims. I don’t usually spend much time writing reviews, but this experience deserved one. Mercedes of Northeast did a superb job, and I credit it all to my service advisor, Angela Yeo - thank you!

Updated 1/12/26: As always, incredible service from Angela and the techs at this location. She is super fast, efficient, and no nonsense with explaining any issues with the car. I also greatly appreciate her sense of balancing costs and timing, especially with an AMG GT C. She points out what's truly immediate vs longer term with maintaining the car. 10/10 recommend service here and Angela as your advisor. Techs also did an awesome job on the repair (replacing front lip and grill).

I had a flat tire for the 2nd time I had my car towed to Mercedes in Duluth at night. In the morning, Angela called me so early to inform me that they are now working on my car & that because I just had my tires replaced there 6 months ago, it is still under warranty & that I will only cover for the labor cost. It was done the same day & they got my uber ride covered as well. I am happy for the service I was provided this time. I got my car in just few minutes as soon as I arrived there. My car was washed & I noticed they also vacuumed my car. I hope you continue to serve your clients well. Thank you!

Great services and facility. My rep Angela provided prompt and accurate information with a clear timeline, but even better, the service was done earlier and for lower cost than estimated. They were also very accommodating, having guest office spaces so I could work. Overall great process. The only "downside" was the car wash wasn't done for whatever reason, but they noted as much in the paperwork.

I recently changed my tires for 2020 glc 300. The price was so good, and above all, I had the opportunity to use the coupon, so I changed it at a low price. The warranty period was so good, and above all, I was impressed by the kind service of my service advisor, Angela yeo. Thank you. ^^

We all know Atlanta is the place where nails are just everywhere and I wasn’t too thrilled about buying a tire, however Angela was very patient with me and understanding (even though I was upset) and Roshe as always got me taken care of. I like that even though Ive purchased a car from them, they still keep in contact with me. Very genuine people!
