Worked with Alvin online and came to a deal fairly quickly and paperwork completion was easy. I have had issues with sitting in the dealership for hours before, at MB Atl NE was able to get thru the process quickly and painlessly without anyone trying to sell me a bunch of needless add ons. Had a couple of issues with the vehicle but they made them right!

Actually, I accompanied my brother-in-law. To this Dealership for scheduled maintenance on his Mercedes. While there we got to kicking it with Jim. Who turned out to be an honest fast talking service department manager. We told Jim I may be looking for a Pre-Owned Certified Mercedes. We were leaving but Jim said. Hold on, he made a call. Told me I have a good Sales Representative and would be waiting for me. We said, okay. Drove up, a guy was waiting outside. Called out my name. Mr. J. I'm Alvin, Jim told me to expect you. I was very impressed. Alvin Downer was hungry for my business. Nothing I hate more. Than spending my Hard Earned Money. With any business that doesn't respect me as a customer. By acting is if it is my pleasure for them to take my money. Alvin was hungry and passionate. I new he wanted my business. I was started smiling. Alvin bent over backwards. Gave me what I wanted in the deal. We went round and round. Alvin's boss said I had Alvin in a headlock. Finally Alvin tapped out and so did his manager. And I got maybe a little more than I expected not only in price. But in feeling so very much respected and valued. I now Own A Beautiful 2018 E Class Mercedes 300. Loaded down. They even Tinted the windows!!! Alvin is my new best friend and so is Jim. So, If your thinking of a purchase. I Highly Recommend Alvin Down. Tell him Mr. J. told you to see him. Then work the xxxx out of him like I did. Until he taps out. He'll fight it, but if you stay in the Ring. You get the best deal. Like I did, and I'm including in prices I checked online all over the country. For that model Benz with Only 20,000 miles!!! Sorry about the headlock Alvin. I Won!!!
