I will tell you Mercedes does an excellent job of giving the customer a good experience. This is the fifth luxury car I have owned and getting it serviced at with approximate time to get it back was priceless. Very professional and courteous customer service.

This trip to Duluth was a little confusing. I discovered what looked to be water stains on the back roof of my vehicle. I called to make an appointment to have this looked at thinking there was some type of leak coming from the sunroof. After getting a loaner which I was thankful for, and Mercedes keeping my car for several days, they came back and said there was nothing wrong! They allegedly did three separate leak checks and even left the vehicle outside in the rain overnight and nothing! I have an extended CPO (which was NOT cheap) and yet it hasn't covered much and is set to expire in Feb 2026! I got charged for labor which was closer to $375.00, but they were able to bring that charge down a little lower for me. At the end I got my car back, same stains still there and they put it back on how the windows must have been left open at some point. Negative, not by me!! My vehicle is kept safely in our garage and even when parked at work or anywhere outdoors, I NEVER leave my windows open, nor has that happened by accident. I will watch this going forward and if these stains become more pronounced, I will be back. I thank you all for trying, but this was definitely a wasted 1.25 hour trip to the dealership each way. Cost me for labor charges AND gas, in a severe thunderstorm to come get my car back that day, because of the time limit also in place to come get the vehicle once the service is finished. My service manager was already gone by the time I got there so wasn't able to ask any questions when the charge I received was higher than what I was told via text. The cashier was NOT friendly at all, either. Cashier may need to reconsider if working there is the right fit for her or not. Everyone else is usually very welcoming and friendly! It said on my work order my car was washed and vacuumed, but it didn't look as such, very lightly, I would have to say. The vehicle windshield looked like it was still dirty and was covered in dried up water spots; the interior rubber mats did not appear clean. I was sadly disappointed this time.

Wonderful experience! We recently had one of our Sprinter vans serviced, we were very impressed with the level of service. Mr. Jackson was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and provided a detailed explanation of the repair process. Always very satisfied with their excellent service!

We had a very good experience with Alvin Downer as our sales person. It was such a good experience, that we got a 2nd vehicle from him. He is very knowledgeable and cares about making everything perfect for your new purchase. Eugene in finance made things also very easy to understand and handle, even when there was a system error or something unique had to be done. They both really know their stuff and make the car shopping experience enjoyable.

When I first bought my car, I worked with Bob Holton—he was fantastic to work with. Bob is a genuinely nice guy and incredibly knowledgeable about cars, which made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Since then, Angela Yeo has been my service advisor, and she has been absolutely wonderful. We have a Class C RV with Mercedes Sprinter chassis. Pulling into this dealership and attempting to park an RV is rather daunting. Once parked, your nerves can relax. Checking in your vehicle for repair is rather straight forward and a little too easy. You find yourself rambling, attempting to provide more details but trust me, they've got it. Immediately after checking in I received a text message from Jackson informing me of the process. He text me regularly and kept me informed of the issue at hand and informed me that the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) was on a slight back order from Mercedes and wouldn't arrive for 2 weeks. I informed him that we had an RV trip planned and sites paid for already, leaving in a week's time. They went out of their way to get us a DPF sourced from another dealer in Texas. Once the part arrived, their techs had it installed the next day and we were onsite to pick it up immediately following. Jackson and the Mercedes tech went above and beyond the call of duty and got us on our way to an excellent vacation in the Rockies. Everything is working as designed and zero engine lights. Thanks guys, we shall return...hopefully for scheduled maintenance and not another issue.

He never failed to succeed with a five star rating and the first class gentleman. This is why I have been a client with that dealership for that. Same reason from Sales to service always have been second to none in my world of owning a Mercedes-Benz and they will stop for those that are new to this brand, this is the only dealership to go to.

Our experience immediately upon arrival was top tier. Greg Rabideaux was an outstanding salesman and exceeded all expectations. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, respectful, responsive and gave his honest feedback/suggestions. We purchased one suv and were so impressed we returned a few hours later to purchase a second. BOTH finance guys were bad ass and worked to get me in the best possible position. The atmosphere was pleasant and everyone was so intentional with speaking/smiling. Greg’s snack drawer was a home run for our daughter and his patience, conversations and attention to detail with her was admirable all while seeing our deals through.

Great car buying experience with Jessie. She was flexible and willing to work on the deal even as we changed multiple parts in order to make it work. Car prices being what they are limits what salespeople can do these days but Jessie did everything within her power to help us get to a deal we are very happy with on a new GLC. One day when prices return to normal I’m confident she’ll find me a sweet deal on a G550! :)

Tara and Josh were the dynamic duo who assisted me today and they were simply amazing. They were very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I came in for a Service A appt and it took exactly 2 hours as mentioned. Came for my B service. I think it’s nuts that i have 17k miles on my car and they think im going to buy new rear tires. Does that not sound insane? Alway, quick service.

Staff was very friendly. We needed a lost key replaced and Jackson helped us coordinate everything needed in getting the new key order started as we had warranty on our keys. We came in on a Sat to get the new key program and although Jackson was off, he coordinated us with another service manager and we got things done without a hitch. Communication was not an issue at all, we got updates through text messages throughout the whole process. Awesome work by the staff at MB and I would highly recommend this place for any service needs.

Dear manager, was driving from Florida, had a steel belt separation on my tires rear tire, which I thought was a front tire called ahead said that I’d have to wait till tomorrow morning. I saw the situation in my transit from Florida to Chicago helped put two new rear tires on went out of their way to help me couldn’t have been more nicer really did a great job between her and the shop foreman I think I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half and got to Chattanooga before the tornadoes hit up near Ringo and stuff so highly highly did a terrific job

I made an appointment to drop off my Mercedez for a cylinder head replacement. Dropped it off May 8, 2025, didn’t receive it until Monday May 19. It took a while but customer service was good, and It was covered under warranty. Taylor Moore was my service agent. She was very pleasant.
