Model Overview

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLE is available in eight trims: GLE 350 base, GLE 450, GLE 450e, GLE 580, AMG GLE 53, AMG GLE 63S, AMG GLE 53, AMG GLE 53 Coupe, AMG GLE 63, AMG GLE 63S Coupe.

Several different engines are offered amongst those various trims, starting with a 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder engine with 255 horsepower for the GLE 350 and a turbocharged 3.0L 6-cylinder engine making 375 horsepower for the GLE450. The 450e is powered by a 2L turbocharged 4-cylinder with 248 horsepower with a hybrid electric motor that increases the power to 381 horsepower. The GLE 580 features a 4L twin turbo V8 that produces 510 horsepower, while the AMG GLE 53 features an 3L intercooled turbocharged 6-cylinder 429 horsepower engine. All engines are mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission.

The base GLE 350 is loaded with standard features including a power liftgate, a power sunroof, heated power folding mirrors with integrated turn signals, LED headlights, 19-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats with memory setting, automatic dual-zone climate control, an HD satellite radio, an 8-speaker sound system, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, voice activated navigation, cruise control, mobile hotspot, wireless device connectivity and charging, 5 USB ports, push button start, a 12.3-inch gauge cluster, surround view cameras, and a power tilt\telescopic leather wrapped steering wheel.

The GLE 450e increases the power output to 381 horsepower through an electric motor, a rear spoiler, and a remote starter.

The GLE 580 adds an adaptive auto-leveling height adjustable air ride suspension, cross drilled four-wheel disc brakes, 20-inch wheels, ventilated front seats, leather upholstery, and a 13-speaker sound system.
